Hesitancy while talking the interviews is really a major weakness among Oriya boys and girls. The lacuna is coming their way while they aspire for top jobs. So, GlobalOriya Bangalore is organising free coaching classes for the IT job aspirants from Orissa. These classes are intended to clarify technical doubts and teach a particular technology and language in a systematic way. The programme has been going on since 2006. More than 300 Oriya boys and girls have already got jobs in the Bangalore IT industry.
GlobalOriya plans to take this activity a step ahead by making some improvements in the existing processes and devising some special mentoring programmes. Various areas like technical skill evaluation, soft skill evaluation and training and feedback on resume have been identified for the purpose, said the coordinator of the programme.
