Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Thursday left for New Delhi on a five-day visit. He will meet Union Home Minister Shivraj Patil, Deputy Chairman of the Planning Commission Montek Singh Ahluwalia during his stay. "I will take up the issue of Naxal activities with Patil," Patnaik said.He will urge Ahluwalia to allocate more funds to the State under the State plan. For the year 2008-09, the State plan outlay has been pegged at Rs 7,100 crore. CM will also meet a number of leaders including senior leaders of BJP.
