Preparations in full swing for Utkal Divas.

The State Government has stepped up preparations for observance of Utkal Divas on April 1. Special celebrations have been planned in the State capital, Utkal Bhawan in Kolkata and Orissa Bhawan in Delhi. Governor MC Bhandare, Culture Minister SN Patro are expected to grace the occasion in Delhi, while Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik would address a State-level function in Bhubaneswar, which is scheduled to be presided over by Assembly Speaker Maheswar Mohanty.Similar functions will be held at all district headquarters, most of which will be addressed by Ministers.
